Activator Biotype

Picture
The Activator biotype is purely mesomorph (muscular). They tend to be shorter and have an hourglass figure with weight carried evenly through the body. Activators like to be busy and get restless when they aren't stimulated.

They are the hangriest body type so they need small, frequent meals. They need a lot of protein and are tolerant of animal sources so tend to respond well to a paleo regime. They are the only biotype who needs a larger evening meal.

Activator bodies need to move a lot - bursts of energy followed by periods of rest. They adapt well to unpredictability and are often competitive and determined. Activators enjoy HIIT and any class with competition and challenge.

Activators sit at the top left of the circle. Check out the other biotypes around the wheel - Connectors, Guardians, Diplomats,  Sensors and Crusaders.
