In-gym personal training at Les Mills Takapuna ...

My casual rate is $110 an hour but most people buy their sessions in discounted blocks. If you're new to Personal Training you might like just one block to get you started with a view to continuing on independently. There's no pressure or minimum commitment - just choose the frequency you'd like and the times that suit.

1 session per month - $110 peak, $100 offpeak (Mon to Fri 9am till 5pm)
2-3 sessions per month - $105 peak, $95 off-peak
4-5 sessions per month - $100 peak, $90 off-peak
6-7 sessions per month - $95 peak, $85 off-peak
8+ sessions per month - $90 peak, $80 off-peak


* 45, 30 & 15 minute sessions available (charged at 85%, 60%, 40%)
* Subtract 33% of the session cost if you train with a friend.
* Add $20 per session for casual visits if you aren't a gym member. Or you can join Les Mills Takapuna from $26 per week.

Online coaching for Les Mills On Demand and PH360 members  …
 
Includes a phone or Skype session, advice on Les Mills exercise program choice, guidance on diet and stress management, written plan, monitoring, feedback & unlimited opportunity to ask questions. $200 for month 1 with the option of $150 for month 2 & $100 for month 3.

PH360™ uses anthropometry (scientific assessment of your body’s measurements), family history, and assessment of your lifestyle and environment to determine your phenotypical profile. This allows your app, Shae, to correlate predictive, preventative personalized health data and give you practical health advice.

Weekly PT clients – $200
Less than weekly PT clients -$250
Non-PT clients - $300

Includes an hour of consultation / followup, with the option of ongoing coaching either online or in person
