Connector Biotype

Picture
The Connector biotype is a mix of endomorph (muscular) and ectomorph (fat). They tend to have shorter, athletic bodies like Activators but with more fat deposits (particularly around the middle). Their bodies can be slow to change despite best efforts. Connectors tend to have a wide chest and strong calves. They are true extroverts driven to connect with others.

Connectors do well on a pescatarian diet with more oily fish and less red meat. They can find it difficult to adhere to healthy eating in social situations because they fear missing out on the fun.

Connectors need to move a lot and they respond well to exercise at pretty much any time of day. They are likely to enjoy most types of group fitness and may enjoy doing weights with a friend.

Connectors sit at the top of the circle. Check out the other biotypes around the wheel - Guardians, Diplomats,  Sensors, Crusaders, and Activators.
