Crusader Biotype

Picture
The Crusader biotype is a mix of ectomorph (lean) and mesomorph (muscular). They are usually medium to tall in height and are athletic-looking with an ability to put on muscle. They have strong joints and are built for endurance. Crusaders tend to be driven, motivated and independent. Crusaders tend to be productive earlybirds.

Like Activators, Crusaders have a high metabolic rate and don't tend to put on weight even when their diet is faulty. Crusaders are good at tracking so respond well to regimes that require the accountability of a food diary. They can compartmentalize and have an ability to eat for fuel rather than for fun if the situation requires it. Like Sensors, they are sensitive to stimulants and need to be cautious with caffeine.

Crusaders respond well to light weights and endurance exercise. They are often drawn to sports such as cycling, both indoors and outdoors.
