Sensor Biotype

Picture
The Sensor biotype is pure ectomorph (lean). They have a high metabolic rate and low body fat. Sensors are often introverts with very logical brains.

They are not prone to putting on weight and have a higher tolerance to carbohydrates than other biotypes. Like Crusaders, they have an ability to compartmentalize and find it relatively easy to eat for fuel rather than for fun. Sensors are sensitive to cold and need to snack often to keep body temperature up. Like Crusaders, they are sensitive to stimulants and need to be cautious with caffeine.

Sensors have smaller, lighter bones and are not designed to carry a lot of weight. Sensors do best with lighter, lower impact exercise that also stimulates the mind. Yoga and pilates are great choices for a Sensor.

Sensors sit at the bottom of the circle. Check out the other biotypes around the wheel - Crusaders, Activators, Connectors, Guardians and Diplomats.
